Colorado Springs Showroom Named Among Best Places To Work
A Remarkable Event
On November 30th, 2017, Fireplace Warehouse ETC Colorado Springs was invited to The Gazette’s inaugural Best Workplaces Award Ceremony, which honors 12 companies in the region ranked among the Best Places to Work. The Gazette sought nominations in July, and by Aug. 11 received 140 from private, public, nonprofit and government organizations in El Paso County. More than 100 rolled out online surveys to their workers through early September.
The companies selected in The Gazette’s annual Best Workplaces list were chosen based on a survey measuring qualities such as, company leadership, compensation and training, workplace flexibility, diversity, and social responsibility. More than 90 percent of the nearly 3,200 employees surveyed in August and September said the most important factor to them was that their employer had strong values and ethics, good inter-departmental cooperation, is socially responsible and headed in the right direction.
Fireplace Warehouse ETC – Colorado Springs would like to congratulate one of our long time partners on placing in the top 3. We are proud to work with Barbara and Lain Chappell of Solid Rock Custom Homes.
