Sales Tax

FireplaceWarehouse does NOT collect sales tax on items purchased online except for deliveries within Colorado.

All deliveries to Colorado are charged 2.9% state sales tax which is calculated during checkout.

Cancellations & Restocking

Canceling an Order

If an order must be canceled once it has been packaged and shipped, the customer is responsible for actual shipping costs, both inbound and outbound. All returned items MUST BE UNUSED and in the original packaging.

Restocking Fee

Fireplace Warehouse is committed to providing our high quality products to you at the best possible value. In order to ensure that we are able to continually maintain the lowest possible prices, all returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. This includes Special Order items and Parts.

Shipping & Returns

Product Inspections

Fireplace Warehouse will do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect that the product has not been damaged during shipping. The following guidelines can aid you to properly inspect deliveries.

For items shipped by freight carrier:

Inspect the container for any indication of external damage.
If no visible damage is present, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage while the delivery driver is still present.
If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate it with detailed description on the delivery receipt.
If you sign the delivery ticket without making note of any damage, the merchandise becomes your property and a damage claim will be much more difficult, if not impossible, to process.

For items that are shipped by common carrier (freight), we can provide curbside delivery only. WHITE GLOVE SERVICE may be available at an additional charge, please call us at 1-866-738-8409 to discuss availability.

For items shipped by UPS:

If there is any damage, visible or not, you must contact us at 1-866-738-8409 within 3 days of receipt.

Failure to notify us within 3 days of any damage will result in forfeiture of our delivery agreement and the merchandise becomes your property.

It is important that you take the time to inspect your delivery.
If there is any damage be sure to note it on the delivery ticket in the presence of the driver.
If the damage is severe and the product is inoperable or unusable, politely refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at 1-866-738-8409.
